Captain [[Kelleher]] was the leader of [[Sicario]]'s SOF [[Ronin]]. He is rumored to be [[Arnold Frenken]]'s longest-serving Sicario member.

Kelleher was likely the very first Ronin inducted into Sicario on Frenken's behalf.<ref>{{Cite PWA}} N/A</ref>

He participated in the [[Meilynx Incident|recapture]] of the [[Pacific Federation]] [[cargo ship]] ''[[Meilynx]]'',<ref>{{Cite PW|M01}}</ref> as well as various missions in the [[Cascadia]]n [[Cascadian Conflict|Conflict]], including the [[Operation Blackout|destruction]] of the [[Solana Communications Array]]<ref>{{Cite PW|M10}}</ref> and a [[Operation Null Star|raid]] on [[Harkema Industrial Park]]. At the end of the latter operation, he quipped to [[Hitman Team]] that the war might end too soon because of them.<ref>{{Cite PW|M12}}</ref>

He was presumed dead with the rest of Ronin after the [[Cascadian Calamity Event]] until the [[Second Battle of Presidia|Second Battle of]] [[Presidia]], where he radioed Frenken about his activities ever since going dark. He addressed [[Monarch]], Hitman's flight lead, as the "King of Hell" to compliment his infamy in the conflict.
