Mission Kaibir-59 was the final push for the Pacific Federation, after regaining most of it's military, to route out the rebel out of Magadan. Magadan would become the jumping off point for the Federation before entering back into the Cascadian Mainland, only after a Mercenary Raid on the Wai Mami Port a few days prior.
