This Commander was stationed at Sawaiiki when Wai Mami Port came under attack during the Cascadian Conflict.

On May 13, AC 432 in the above conflict, the Commander attempted to place the surface vessels as shields for Task Force 1's launch, much to the protest of the blue-water sailors. Once most of the task force was inoperable, the Commander asserted mobilization of as many defenses as possible, stating that their forces in Cascadia would very likely lose the war should the airfleet be lost. Despite his best efforts, however, Task Force 1 was dismantled of its firepower.
