Briefing
Assassin 1 | Kaiser: I brought everyone I could find; every freedom fighter, every war junkie, every soldier of fortune. Throughout the world, Cascadia has become a beacon of rebellion against the Federation, and for that, I have gathered an army. They're no Sicario, but it's the best we got, the rebels will take everything they can. At first when taking this job, I thought it was only business, that I could find my glory here, but after all they've done, what they did to us, to Sicario, only blood will pay for this contract alone.
Cascadia | Stardust: We intended to keep the blockade going for at least a month to drain the Federation defenders, but circumstances have forced our hand, we are moving on Presidia today.
Assassin 1 | Kaiser: Listen up, this is it.
Briefer: With the supply lines cut and the blockade holding against any reinforcements, Presidia is the final Federation stronghold in Cascadia, once it falls, Cascadia will be liberated. The city has been deeply entrenched against both land and air attacks, the firepower which exists there now is the sum of any units that has survived this long into the war. With no way out, their only chance at survival is to fight, we intend to meet them and then end them outright. The operation to take back Presidia will be separated into four cardinal parts: Land, Air, Sea, and Endgame. All combat-operational ground forces will be pushing into Presidia from inland surrounding the enemy forces, from there, they will start dismantling the resistance and taking control of the city. At sea, the Eminent Domain will be moving in toward the shore to provide gunnery support and wipe out the remaining naval defenders. Overhead, the last of the Federation air power in-country will be out trying to inflict as much damage on the IF as possible. Once these factors are accounted for and our forces are in position, the final phase will commence and we will start moving into the city towards the port to wipe out the Federation from Cascadia once and for all. Hitman Team, you are among our most veteran elements among the Independence Force, you will be our spearhead, it is by your attacks that the offensive will conduct itself. Choose which element of the battle you want to take on and in what order. We're still trying to gather last-minute reinforcements ourselves and scavenging what the Federation has left behind, but without your support, it will not be enough. We don't know how this battle will be won, but it ends in the complete and utter devastation of either us or them. Cascadia is our home and Presidia is its heart, the flag that flies over it at the end will decide all of our fates.

Mission Start
Independence Force HQ: All callsigns, commence the offensive. We are the descendants of those who would not be ruled, show them what that means.
Assassin 1 | Kaiser: To all mercenaries, do not count days, do not count miles, count only the number of Feds you've killed, go!
AWACS | Galaxy: Hitman Team, you're on point, proceed to what area you think you can take on first and engage!
Hitman 2 | Diplomat: Diplomat engaging!
Hitman 3 | Comic: Comic engaging, come at us!
AWACS | Galaxy: Monarch, take Presidia!
Federation Command: The word from Crystal Kingdom: Presidia must hold, if it does, this war will not be lost.
Second phase
AWACS | Galaxy: All fighters, the air war has opened up above Presidia, eliminate all hostiles, maintain current angels and engage the enemy; accept nothing less than total air superiority.
Hitman 3 | Comic: Rack them up, let me at them!
Hitman 2 | Diplomat: No big deal, right?
Federation Pilot: Mercenary and rebel IFFs closing in! All fighters, maintain the integrity of the airspace, we're the only chance the city has got!
Federation Pilot: Keep yourself light, just use all of your payload, it's now or never!
Federation Pilot: This war has always been defined by us fighter pilots! Win or lose, it's decided up here!
Cascadian Pilot: Drop as many as you can, make sure they never come back!
Mercenary Pilot (Male): Now or never for your five kills right here, right now!
Cascadian Pilot: It's a mess up there!
Federation Pilot (Male): There's too much-[screams]
Federation Airship: Throw ourselves upon the enemy, the least we can do is take down as many as we can![note 1]
Cascadian Pilot: We just lost Orion 3, he flew right into an airship!
Assassin 1 | Kaiser: Show them our Signature, strike them out of the sky and free this land!
Federation Pilot (Male): I've got about three seconds left on my gun, what's out exit plan?
Federation Pilot (Male): There is none!
Cascadian Ground Unit: Planes are just...dropping from the sky...
Cascadian Ground Unit: Watch out for the airship debris!
Hitman 2 | Diplomat: Oh, I'm gonna run out of space on my nose for my kill marks at this rate!
Hitman 3 | Comic: I'd rather just let the money talk at this point, Dip.
Third phase
Federation Command: We've lost the air war, damn it.
AWACS | Galaxy: ALCON, Federation air superiority has been deemed no factor. Hitman Team, proceed to the next area of targets. Eminent Domain reports last remaining naval force are pushing out to meet her. Hitman Team, provide support.
Eminent Domain | Captain Woodward: Look at those ships, they're all battle-damaged!
Federation Ship: Better to die at sea than in port.
Federation Ship: All batteries are hot, commence firing when they're in range.
Eminent Domain | Captain Woodward: Meet them halfway, if we destroy these ships, we'll wipe the Federation Navy off this side of the planet![note 2]
Hitman 2 | Diplomat: They wanted to go down fighting. Stupid bastards...
Federation Ship: All hands, abandon ship!
Eminent Domain | Captain Woodward: We don't have time to stop for survivors, if the Feds drown, so be it![note 3]
Fourth phase
AWACS | Galaxy: The Federation Navy is out of action. Hitman, retask ASAP.
Eminent Domain | Captain Woodward: Best regards, Hitman!
Sicario SOF | Ronin: Took you long enough, Ronin to all friendly callsigns.
Assassin 1 | Kaiser: You survived, Ronin?
Sicario SOF | Ronin: Affirmative, listen up, we've been inside Presidia tagging defenses ever since we went dark. The Federation has multiple layers of defenses, and you're going to have to go right through them all. We'll be going dark again and fighting with the militia down here. Hitman Team, Monarch, if you're listening, I give my graces to the King of Hell.
Federation Remnant: This city was made for an invasion, if they want it back, they'll have to destroy it!
Cascadian Ground Unit: Better for Presidia to burn than it to remain in the hands of the Federation!
Assassin 1 | Kaiser: Not one step back, we will stand against the Federation!
AWACS | Galaxy: The attack has begun. All units, link to my IFF network for the ground assault, this is gonna get messy.[note 4]
Federation Command: Move to the first defensive phase lines. Units, get to your blocking positions.
Federation Remnant: Don't shoot until you see the whites of their eyes, we can't waste any ammo!
Federation Public Announcement: All citizens are urged to remain indoors, if you emerge, you are liable to be shot.
Assassin 1 | Kaiser: Block by block, inch by inch, show them no quarter!
Independence Force HQ: First phase line is engaged. All units, engage with extreme prejudice.
Federation Remnant: All those planes...circling us...we're all dead, aren't we?
Cascadian Ground Unit (Male): You had your chance to leave!
Federation Remnant: Roll up as much armor as we have left, we don't even need treads just as long as the guns work!
Federation Remnant: I see them, the Crown.
Cascadian Ground Unit: Pick them apart in the street, don't let their scouts run!
Cascadian Ground Unit: We know these streets, these are our homes, drive them out!
Independence Force HQ: Infantry units have priority taskings. All units, cascade behind them as they take forward positions.
Hitman 2 | Diplomat: There's no way the Federation can think of holding out against this.
Hitman 3 | Comic: They have to die trying, that is the way of the Federation.
Hitman 2 | Diplomat: They had their chance.
Federation Remnant: Leave your ammo on your cover, easier access that way!
Cascadian Ground Unit: They've got these sectors covered, task air support on it!
Cascadian Ground Unit (Male): God, fighting...with the skyline in the background, it's almost picturesque.
Cascadian Ground Unit (Male): At least I'll die on my homeland, Fed, can you say the same?!
Eminent Domain | Captain Woodward: We've received orders. All ships, move toward Presidia, we're hanging them with the tightest knot we can.
AWACS | Galaxy: Eminent Domain and her remaining battlegroup are approaching from the sea, they'll help us in the final assault.
Hitman 2 | Diplomat: You sure you've got the IFF down in this chaos, Galaxy?
AWACS | Galaxy: Never been an issue, Hitman 2.
Hitman 2 | Diplomat: [sighs] Just checkin'.
Hitman 3 | Comic: Presidia ain't gonna look the same once we're done with it!
Federation Remnant: Get as much AA as we can, we can hold these streets as long as the Crown doesn't hit us!
Federation Remnant: We've spent an entire war trying to shoot him down!
Cascadian Ground Unit: Work in tandem with the Air Force, as long as we move with them, we'll take back our city!
Federation Remnant: Stand fast, the Federation will do something, they have to!
Federation Command: Hold as much as you can, do not give up one inch!
Federation Remnant: We have eight defensive fallback lines in place, we have to keep them in play at all times!
Cascadian Ground Unit: All that momentum, the entire war, it leads to today, charge!
Cascadian Ground Unit: Delta through Foxtrot Company, we need you to maintain security on a forward operating point here, we'll rally all forces after this first phase is dealt with!
Cascadian Ground Unit (Male): They know where we are and we know where they are, all we can do is just fight!
Cascadian Ground Unit (Male): Any break in their defense, we have to splinter through, we have to compromise their net!
Independence Force HQ: Consider all Federation manpower ahead of us hostile, if they wanted to surrender, they would've already capitulated, they will fight to their last breath.
Cascadian Ground Unit: Stamp them out, flood the sewers, we'll drown out those globalist rats!
Independence Force HQ: We will rebuild this country, we will make it in the image of those who stood against the Federation.
Mercenary Pilot: Cover the Cascadian tanks as they roll in, they'll draw targets out.
Federation Remnant: Fill the skies with lead, just keep him off of us for as long as we can!
Cascadian Ground Unit: The Feds have guns holding down every choke point in our direction!
Cascadian Ground Unit (Male): [unintelligible] locked out from every angle! We need to call air support! Uh, I like the way [unintelligible] okay, uh...
Cascadian Ground Unit: Am I reading this right, they have artillery pieces inside of the towers?
Hitman 3 | Comic: It feels like we're tearing their teeth out!
Hitman 2 | Diplomat: [sighs] Is this what winning looks like?
Federation Remnant: Keep the ammo coming!
Federation Remnant: We're running out of mags, we have to pack them round by round!
Mercenary Pilot: Let the Crown soften 'em up!
Cascadian Ground Unit (Male): They've ruined this city by being here, we'll rebuild!
Cascadian Ground Unit: Keep moving up firing positions, they're running out of places to move!
Federation Remnant: We're being pincered from above, damn it!
Federation Remnant: We need support desperately!
Federation Command: We have no more support, we're cut off from the Federation!
Cascadian Ground Unit (Male): Grenadiers, you've got the shot!
Take Presidia
MISSION UPDATE
AWACS | Galaxy: They've fallen back to the Port Authority Building, this is it, the last Federation forces in Cascadia!
Assassin 1 | Kaiser: Kill them all so they may never come back!
Cascadian Ground Unit (Male): Set up positions!
AWACS | Galaxy: Hitman Team, we have IDs on the remaining targets in Presidia, kill 'em all![note 5] What?! H-Hol-Hold on a second!
Federation Command: Too little, too late, damn it!
Cascadian Ground Unit (Male): [ping] All units, cease engagement immediately!
Independence Force HQ: This is Independence Force HQ representing the Free and Civil Government of Cascadia. All active units, stand down, I repeat, all units currently engaged, cease fighting immediately.
Federation Remnant: I have conflicting orders from above, what's going on?!
Federation | Crystal Kingdom: All Federation Military Forces operating within the territory of Cascadia are to stand down and evacuate, this is an order from your Prime Executive effective immediately.[note 6]
Cascadian Ground Unit (Male): I'm getting a transcript, hold on, hold on! Let's see, uh..."The Parties participating in a neutral conference held in the land of the Republic of Albion hosted by the United Kerneuropa Alliance with a view to ending the war and restoring peace in relation to Cascadia on the basis of respect to the self-actualization of the Cascadian people have agreed on the following provisions and undertake due respect and to implement them following a-"[note 7][1]
Cascadian Ground Unit (Male): A what?! Spit it out!
Federation Command: A ceasefire has been declared. All units, stand down. We would've held Presidia if it was called just an hour ago, damn it.
AWACS | Galaxy: Seriously?! [grunts] God damn, changing IFF parameters now!
Hitman 2 | Diplomat: We were fighting less than ten seconds ago, Galaxy, we can't possibly expect everyone to stop!
Federation Remnant: I'm less than ten yards away from hostile infantry, what am I supposed to do?!
Cascadia | Stardust: All units, stand down, I repeat, stand down, this is what we've been looking for!
Federation Command: Block off all roads to the Federation Embassy, waive everyone down, I'll be damned if I let any spies through.
Hitman 3 | Comic: Is that it, is the war over...just like that?!
Cascadian Ground Unit (Male): We did it, we did it, I can't believe it, we resisted the Federation!
Independence Force HQ: All units are directed to clear a path to the harbor for surrendering Federation units, they will be transported out by sea.
Federation Command: If you want to survive, get to the harbor, throw down your guns and run, anyone who's wearing a Federation tag will be taken as a prisoner.
Hitman 2 | Diplomat: [sighs] I don't like this, we've all been blueballed.
Assassin 1 | Kaiser: All units, stand by, let them know who won this war.
Federation Pilot (Male): I'm flying right next to them, what's our exit?
Independence Force HQ: All units, stand by, maintain presence over Presidia as the Federation makes their exit.
AWACS | Galaxy: Stand by, all units, just hold on...[note 8]
???: [chuckles]
Cascadian Pilot: What?! My warnings are going off!
Cascadia | Stardust: Whoever's doing this better cease fire, the war's off!
Hitman 3 | Comic: I'm not getting anything on my warnings, what's going on?!
Hitman 2 | Diplomat: Heads on a swivel now!
Cascadia | Stardust: All of us, we've been spiked!
Assassin 1 | Kaiser: From what vector?! I'm bogey dope!
Cascadian Pilot: Contact...faded?!
Assassin 1 | Kaiser: I see it, break!
