PACFED Defense Agreement Protocol 3-9, Article 1 "Emergency Deployment" is a portion of Pacific Federation legislation that authorizes deployment of the Reserve Divisions in times of national crisis. In such events, they are to report and comply with all Federation High Command and Federation Peacekeepers directives.[1]
