Wilhelm is a location in the Pacific Federation.
Overview
Wilhelm maintains some element of the Federation Military Forces, which includes Federation Air Force Lazuli Squadron.[1]
Etymology
Wilhelm may be in reference to Kaiser-Wilhelmsland, a region of German New Guinea, a German Empire protectorate located in Papua New Guinea, which suggests a location in Oceania. The potential location can be corroborated by Lazuli Squadron's German accents, reminiscent of the Federation Intercept Specialists' pilots.
