Major Federation States

The Major Federation States are likely significant Pacific Federation states of vital importance to the coalition while not on the same strata as Federation Core States.[1]
Given Cascadia's possession of Federation Peacekeepers and how they are maintained by most major allegiants including the Core,[2] the country may be a Major State.
