Moira

Moira is a major city in the Pacific Federation. Though a large economic center, it was said to be rivaled by Prospero in Cascadia.[1]
Etymology
Though numerous locations named Moira do exist, although not to the implied scale of the Federation Moira, Australia has an entire county and had an electoral division named such, implying a location in Oceania.
