Operation New History was a conflict that that Sicario's top ace Monarch took part in sometime prior to AC 432[1]
Trivia
The operation may be in reference to the Mercenary Cabal's global restructuring plot during the Oceanian War, creating much potential irony with Crimson 1's critical role in stopping their plan - two top aces as allies saving the world only to later ruin it.
