E-6, proper military designation Division E Unit 6 is a Magadane Ground Reserve Unit stationed somewhere near Point Refuge. They assisted the much more prominent Air Reserve Unit, K-9, and their AWACS, Vita, in the defense of the Cascadian Invasion of Magadan.
History
During the D-Day landing of the Magadane Invasion, the Reservist Ground CO and many other officers killed by a naval barrage, leaving one of the E-6's members to take command, calling for anyone to reaffirm the chain of command. AWACS Vita responds, ordering them to key to his comms and continue operations. Moments later they retreated with the air cover of K-9 and now Steel Squadron of the Federation Peacekeepers who arrived late into battle.
As the Cascadians pushed deeper into Magadan and wrecking the Geothermal production, the aforementioned member of E-6 was promoted to a Provisional Officer to make up the losses suffered on D-Day. Later E-6 was tasked to evacuate and hold the city of Tseliadan from encroaching Cascadian Marines until bombers could arrive to eliminate the rebels FOB near by. They are again assisted by K-9, and later the airship Lanzelet, who were tasked in clearing the way for the bombers and cleaning up the FOB. E-6 managed to hold against the advancing Marines from making a breakthrough in the city and pushed them out once the bombers struck the FOB.
After the Cascadians were routed out of Magadan, E-6 were stationed at Base Station Zero in the Arctic Circle with Anti-Air emplacements in preperation for General Faust's attack on the last Geothermal Station. They were assisted once more by K-9, who were chosen by Crystal Kingdom to hunt down and eliminate Faust and her fleet and to protect the station. During the battle, several members of E-6 were injured from attacks but kept up the defense, with the Provisional Officer manning one of the guns, believing that K-9 can protect them. After the death of Faust and the destruction of the CDV Roosevelt at the hands of K-9, E-6's Provisional Officer then calls to Vita to thank K-9 in protecting them and the Station.
