Captain Bouray was a Federation Navy battlegroup officer.
Biography
During the Cascadian Conflict's Operation Sea Farer, Captain Bouray radioed the hijacked battleship FNS Jerusalem and gave it an ultimatum to either surrender or be destroyed. This failed, and Bouray's entire battlegroup was sunk.[1]
Trivia
Bouray is named after Xavier Bouray, one of the Kickstarter backers.[2]
