This Ambassador was a liaison from Cascadia who went rogue following the outbreak of the Cascadian Conflict.
Biography
On January AC 432, the Ambassador chose the side of the Cascadian Independence Force and went "island-hopping", leaking contacts and intel about the conflict[1] despite Pacific Federation censors minimizing the conflict as a handful of riots[2]
