Biography

On July 25, AC 432 during the Cascadian Conflict's Operation Blue Shelter, this Commander ordered his fellow officer to start up two of the land battleships docked at Brite Fortress, stating their firepower should be sufficient against Monarch. Both ships were destroyed by the Cascadian Independence Force, however.
