This ATC operator was stationed at Rowsdower Air Force Base.
Biography
The operator was startled by Cascadian Independence Force units breaching the airspace and quickly scrambled all defenses. When all of them were wiped out, he complained about Crosstalk Squadron's late arrival. After they were all eliminated, he was likely taken prisoner by Sicario Airborne troops.[2]
